Timing standards

Fast response wins. Set standards you can actually meet.

  • New leads: within 24 hours (same day preferred)
  • Quotes: send ETA within 2 hours if possible
  • Missed call: return within 4 business hours

First response script

A simple message that moves the lead forward without pressure.

  • Confirm you received the request
  • Ask for one missing detail
  • Offer two time options for a quick call
  • Set expectation for quote delivery

Follow-up cadence

Follow-up should be scheduled, not improvised.

  • 48–72 hours after quote
  • Day 7 final check-in
  • 30-day nurture if “not now”
