Timing standards
Fast response wins. Set standards you can actually meet.
- New leads: within 24 hours (same day preferred)
- Quotes: send ETA within 2 hours if possible
- Missed call: return within 4 business hours
First response script
A simple message that moves the lead forward without pressure.
- Confirm you received the request
- Ask for one missing detail
- Offer two time options for a quick call
- Set expectation for quote delivery
Follow-up cadence
Follow-up should be scheduled, not improvised.
- 48–72 hours after quote
- Day 7 final check-in
- 30-day nurture if “not now”
